Q: When I connect my phone to my computer via USB, it doesn't come up as an external drive, it just charges it.
A: To mount your phone as a drive on your computer you need to open the notification that appears in the notification bar on your phone and select the mount option.
If you don't get the notification, then disconnect the USB cable go to Settings -> Applications -> Development and uncheck the USB debugging option. Exit settings and connect the cable again.
