Interesting. I checked for updates after successfully updating my phone, and it stated that updates were available. I discarded the update rather than re-updating. According to the three members I listed above, reapplying the update resulted in a bricked phone for them.

Hopefully, most people will not try to check for updates again. And if they do, hopefully they won't reapply the update.
