So I downloaded VIO and got it all set up and ready to encode.
Once it started, I had a horrible realization. The program is not multi-threaded. What a joke. In this day and age, all programs, especially, especially encoding programs have to be multithreaded.
So I canceled the encoding. I'll stick to Handbrake as it is 4x faster
