Well there is hope after all. If you download the devel version of Sipdroid you can select an alternate port such as 5061 it will register over 3G. Only issue now is being able to select which line to use, Sipdroid only allows SIP or phone as a preference, not on a per call or contact basis. But it works even with Rogers playing hard to get..
