Hi, I received my SGS yesterday and used it this morning for running with runkeeper.
GPS is better than my iphone 3G, signal is certainly stronger and clearly more accurate.
With 'GPS test', it's stable outdoor but indoor it's very unstable (like shown from previous owner) but for me it's not significant.
With wifi off, it's perhaps more stable, not sure.
So i'm happy at this time (because I was very bored with the iphone GPS), will wait for a firmware update to see if something is improve.
