then why not give an official statement and say either be patient, or go replace your phone. I'm sure they don't want to be bombarded with the same question over and over again so address it let us know if we have a faulty device or not or if it is as easy as a firmware upgrade.

I'm fine with having to wait just as long as I know what's going on. and not hold onto something then it ends up being past my 30 day return policy and get stuck with a useless device.

don't get me wrong I love this phone and I am hoping for a fix but an update would be nice lol
