So i called this morning via the #611 and the rep told my phone order was not in the system and to check with the store i ordered it from (i ordered on the 18th). Before i freaked... I called the 800 # and the other rep told me that thier system is under going updates so nothing is showing up for the next few hours. She advised to call back in a few hours. I did call right before 7 am est.
Just wanted to give ya'll a heads up...
