If you can't wait, like me, I intend to get a 7-inch either Samsung's GalaxyTab or Velocity Micro's Cruz ($300) that is until the more desirable 10" come out, then i will actually use the 7" as a portable while the 10" would remain at home. Or just resell the 7".
