Not sure if you're speaking with me but for me it was a NON-issue with the Sprint bill. Best Buy gives you a loaner phone so you are NEVER phone-less. I actually wound up re-activating my old Palm Centro. That's another benefit to Best Buy...the loaner program. You're NEVER without a phone....
