I just mapped from my GPS location to my house in Maps (not Navigator) went to a location I know has street view, and went to street view.
Hit soft-key, Compass Mode, and it seems like as I move the phone in circles or up and down, street view is rotating with me.
I think that's what you meant? If so...yup, Droid does
