What did you guys say exactly? and did you have an outstanding balance when you called?
I talked to two who told me to go to Walmart and one guy that kept saying my phone doesn't have GPS and that I am confusing the GPS for internet... which was news to me.. I mean does this guy not know anything?! Either way, he said he can't give any credit because I have no balance and I don't think thats true.
