I work as an admin for a big company and I asked Wave Global directly. You have 2 options. You can use the MyLink Advanced version to sync your data via USB or you can wait for MyLink Enterprise (their server based solution for businesses) to be adapted to individual users where you can use your own laptop as a server and don't need admin intervention.
