While I agree that there's a problem, I also know this will go nowhere. Every smartphone I've owned has had a overiding issue like this with a similar reaction. That being "lets suit!". While I hate my phones flaws, I despise lawyers a lot more. Ultimately, if a unlikely settlement was won, the plaintiffs would get $0.50 each and the lawyers would get new BMW's and a makeover for their summer homes. The time for this to have any positive effect for Moment owners was at least 6 months ago when the phone was still relevant. The ship has sailed. Add to that that there aren't nearly enough Moment owners period to make the customer dismissive Samsung take notice of us. Good luck though and have fun.
