Sent the paperwork in about 10 July, got an email from Sprint confirming receipt on the 19th. Checked once a week, seems like it was at 58% for forever. Then my status was at 83% for about a week. then it showed up in the mail on 22 August. Haven't had a chance to get to the bank yet, but will probably spent the cash on a bigger SD card
