I tried a number of weather and clock widgets.

Tried Weather was OK but kept losing location and prompting me to re-enter. Perhaps it was a glitch in the free version but it made me not want to try the paid version.
Weather Channel's widget was nice but didn't like the blue background. If they had offered custom background colors I may have stuck with it. Weatherbug was the same for me as weather channel. I think the weatherbug app is also very good.

Finally I shelled out the $1 for Beautiful Home and I love it. It was the 1st app I paid for and it was well worth it. I didn't like having separate clock/weather and this combo is awesome. I still have the weather channel App on my desktop for forecasts/conditions in multiple cities.
