DL with your PC and transfer. THEN install.
That has always fixed your issue for me.
DAMMIT - I just posted the other day about wanting newer ROMs.
Now I have 3 in que, lol.
Gonna install it and nandroid it, just like I did with Shadow ROM.
But I am a whore, so my next post will likely be "it's soooo fast"
