I complained to Verizon about my Devour; the shutdown issues but mostly they promised me the device would be upgraded to Android 2.1 in the near future.
Now they are offering me a refurbished LG Ally as a replacement
. I haven't heard many positive things about this one.
Is that something I should accept from Verizon or is there a way to get them to offer me something better?
