Misinformation is very probable. I would trust what the store and what customer and technical support told me, not what "Best Buy" told me. If you activated your phone, then it's gone in as an exchange.
Thanks for the link. But that is, as you said VZW dude. It seems that BB has different policies for different things. Such as the insurance policies (they are different co. between VZW and BB) BB doesn't charge any deductible - VZW does. VZW says that their return policy is different then BB and that you need to contact them to get info on their policy.
So is it possible that you can return a phone multiple times with BB and not VZW? I don't know but thats what I was told at the BB store in San Diego.
