This issue is repeatable with a Samsung Moment phone fresh out of the box. Adding the apps may speed up the process, but I have duplicated this issue now on 7 phones. 4 of them were my replacement phones. 1 time was within 5 minutes of activating my phone in the store. Turn on Wifi, start watching youtube, manipulating google maps, or surfing the web. The lockup will occur.
