I don't live in a neighborhood conducive to outdoor exercise and I hate having to drive somewhere like the gym to exercise (I work 3rd shift and never feel like going).
My exercise routine is probably abhorrent compared to most of you - I have an exercise bike set up in my living room. Every morning after work I pedal away on it for 45 minutes or so while watching some Netflix or Hulu Plus.
Two or three times a week I try to sneak in another 20 minutes or so in the evenings.
I've only been doing this for a little bit, but I'm already starting to slim back down - hopefully my progress sticks!
