I'm a street jogger and I usually jog in the spring and summer. I jog everyday for 4km or every other day for 8km. I did my first quater marathon this year, which will be an annual thing. I do stretch and ab work for 20 minutes each day before I jog.
Now that it's getting cold, I'm going to try to replace jogging with weights. I'm not a big fan of gyms but I do like to do work out classes. For the fall and winter, I'll be trying out Bikram yoga and pole dancing. Other sport exercise I like but have not done in ages is rock climbing and Muay Thai kick boxing.
Favourite exercise is jogging...after I build up my endurance. It's cheap and I don't have to work by someone else's schedule.
