I lift 6 times a week, heavy weights. Soccer on Tuesday and run on Saturday. I use to run every day for 3-6 miles a day. I was so skinny like 138, now I'm 165 trying to get to 175-180, then cutting to a single digit BF% Yea I kind of take working out serious.
