Over the summer I started getting really into cycle/spin classes @ my gym. I go 4 days a week, & possibly 5 starting in October because my favorite instructor is going to be adding a class. I'm also contemplating doing some personal training sessions w/ her. She gave me a free session a few weeks ago & she's very good @ what she does. And, not to mention hawt.
I also walk on the treadmill & do some weight machines.
