I'll try to add something: If you have a Blackberry (or other phones) that you use for work, but want to sync the calendar to your Droid, Google has an app for that (m.google.com/sync). I can sync my Groupwise > Blackberry > Google > Droid and back. It only syncs entries AFTER you install the app though.
