it's crazy when i was reading your post on how you had 70 apps installed with 90+ MB left!!
Yup, you can move apps to your SD card without having to partition your card if you are using CM6.
First, go into CyanogenMod Settings>Application Settings>And check the box "Allow application moving." Tap "Install location" and choose "External."
Now go back to "Settings" (for the phone) and tap "Applications." Make sure the box at the top "Unknown sources" is checked.
Tap "Manage Applications." After your applications load, go down to each one you want to run from your SD card and tap the application. This takes you to a screen and you will see in the middle/right of the screen (below "Storage") where you tap "Move to SD card." (a few apps would not let me move the app to my SD card)
Tap that and wait a moment for the button to refresh. It will now read "Move to phone," showing you that the app was moved to your SD card and you can tap again to move the app back to your phone.
You will also notice the amount of KB or MB for the app under "Storage" has gone down. Some apps release more space than others but the app still needs some of the app to remain on your phone so it can be accessed (like in the cache) and find the app on your SD card. Simply repeat this for each app you want to move to your SD card.
