Yes, I know how to add and delete words, but there's no way to delete something if you don't know it's in the dictionary.
Swype adds words automatically if you type (not swype) the word and then hit the spacebar. I must have so many non-words in the dictionary by now. Also, if you type a password in a field that's not officially tagged as a password field, it could very well get saved and be a security issue.
Sounds like there's no way to get at the customer dictionary or someone would have known by now.
