PLUS, I couldn't find any info about the Eve being big in the States. Sucks to depend on that market but I might want some accessories that are slightly similar to all the icrap sold at Best Buy and Chinatown summer markets. I had this issue with the Samsung P2 a number of years ago: lots of accessories for ipod/phones but not much for my media player - and it seems odd to me to buy things solely based on the availability of accessories.

So...I replied to them and haven't recieved a response yet. I want to say that the Eve is an awesome phone. I am having a blast with it, but, just like everyone else, I want the newest versions of software possible to get the newest apps. I am joining the petition and hoping this get resolved for us android users.
