i'm disappointed with that as well. UNFORTUNATELY....it seems like AFTER the update they sent out, my phone started acting funny like the "touch" part of it so T-mobile is sending me out ANOTHER Cliq...and I've only had their service (and their phone) for 3 WEEKS.
