I just bought a 2009 Jeep Grand Cherokee with Uconnect hands free bluetooth system. I was able to successfully pair the phone with the Uconnect system but it randomly disconnects itself. I went to the Jeep dealer and they told me that it was my phone. Has anyone had similar issues or does anyone know of a solution? It will connect, I can place a call but then in the middle of talking to someone it just goes dead. There is a timer that shows up on the radio display that displays the call duration. When it cuts off the timer just freezes and switches back to the radio after a few seconds. When I look at the phone, it appears that the call has not ended but I can't hear the other person and they can't hear me.
Any advice would be great. THanks
