I enquired when the check did not arrive. I got the "dog ate my homework" excuse and asked me to resubmit. I emailed a PDF of the form and Sprint store receipt. I was told they "do not accept" email submissions, and I would need to fax it or send by snail mail. The fax number rejected my transmission. So I mailed it by Certified Mail. Once again I got the "dog ate my homework." I emailed a copy of the Certified Mail receipt, with a link to the USPS proof of delivery. I received "we cannot open attachments or follow links in email. Please fax your documentation."
I believe they design policies to tire you out and hope you will forget about it. I also believe they follow a script for certain addresses that either receive a lot of rebates, or has been previously cheated out of a rebate to see if they can do it again.
Next they will dance with my sabertooth Beverly Hills lawyer.
