I Figure this one out just now! I was taking my card out earlier today to put some pics on from my PC, when I just tried to delete a picture it said "SD Card is locked" I tried everything, unmounting, etc. Very basic solution... Turn ur phone all the way off, make sure the micro SD card is in tight, and then turn your phone back on, quick fix! Good Luck let me know if it worked
