This is a ROM, not a theme. You can easily put a theme that has a circle battery indicator over this ROM, for example this one:

If you're looking at my post above where I asked about a circle battery, I just wanted the circle battery mod only, not as part of a theme. Which might be what you're looking for too...in that case, I don't know.
