If the update does really exist, and it's just a matter of Rogers asking for it, then to cover their a$$es they should point at Rogers, instead of themselves. It only makes sense if either; a. the update does not exist and the HTC support people who emailed us were misinformed; or b. the update does exist, but Rogers doesn't want to bother getting it, and possibly they've asked HTC to be the "fall guy"?
