That reply acknowledged that a question had been asked and proceeded to state the obvious things any company would consider, I guess they failed to comprehend that questions require one to actually think and answer rather than just speculate on the chance of thinking let alone an answer. I find the "answer" humorous, in a bad way, like a politicians "answer".
