Budget and Bills App?
I just got my first Android phone. I am looking for a free finance app (keyword free), that can track a budget (specifically a grocery budget), remind me of bills, where I can enter money I've spent, and that is not attached to a bank account. Is there a free app that does all of this? Thanks.
