so HTC are making phones that can't be upgraded then?somebody has to be able to upgrade the phones...these guys are passing the buck around...time to get to the bottom of this or i will never buy a android again unless google branded and once word hits the street about other phones having the same problem it could be a huge problem......other companies have made the 1.6 available.....so whats the deal.....
