Purchased my 3G Slide from Radio Shack and loved it for about 2 weeks. It has frozen up on me now 3 times. The only way to restart it is to remove the back cover, take out the battery and re-insert it. Called tmobile for the 3rd time, they are sending out a replacement. Is it tmobile or the phone?
