We pay? Are you nuts? What the hell do we pay for with these phones anyway? It isn't up to us to do it, it's up to Rogers. HTC should be doing this anyway to support Rogers. I already did my share when I bought this shitty phone. I am going out after work and buying two cups and a string. Much more reliable.
