Yep.

You can also try this, plug in the phone, then go to the Device Manager in windows. find where the phone shows up, it may be an Unknown Device, or it may show up as a phone. Either way, right click it, hit uninstall. Then reboot the computer, and plug it in again. This forces windows to reload the drivers for it.
