I found this Google Android "Issue" report (through a post on pir8/Puleen's blog).

It's marked as declined, and I'm wondering if anyone knows whether or not Google employees ever check back into a thread once is declined?
Maybe we need to bombard those Google help forums with requests for Google to lean on HTC and Rogers to get this done?
