I also have a feeling that the Atrix will be up at the $299 subsidized price-point while the Inspire will be down at the "normal" $199.
The Atrix has top-of-the-line hardware but I feel that current applications (including the OS) still haven't fully utilized the current hardware norm (1 Ghz CPU with 512 MB of RAM). I still think buying a phone with the Inspire's specs is still a safe bet. Because of this, to me it's really coming down to the fact that HTC seems to have nailed a polished UI with Sense. Motoblur looks like a real heavy skin. Of course, all of that applies if you don't really want to root your phone. I'm sure there will be ROMs closer to AOSP than what Motorola is going to offer.
