Galax0 will not fix it, the latest version (1.1) is based on II5 and does not carry the fix for this issue. Galax0 1.2 will be based on IK4 and COULD fix it it, I haven't tried the stock IK4. Xenon says he couldn't reproduce the bug, but he didn't state whether he had any SIM utility changing the outgoing number enabled.
For now disable the SIM utility that changes the outgoing number and you'll be good to go.
