What I meant is that rooting folks might consider vortex as entry level because it's not top performer like DX, D2, Dinc, SF, etc. Not sure if it's one of the best phones for rooting, but I don't see reasons why rooting would be any issue in vortex.

I'm not sure what you mean by 10 level scale. Is it the scale of satisfaction or performance? If it's performance, I would give about 6. If it's user satisfaction, probably 8~9.
