I'd say this phone is GREAT for a first time user. I would put the problems mostly under the 'minor' category, save for a few. the phone is plenty fast. Txt and Email handling is great. the keyboard requires just a little getting used to. And if there is something you don't like about it....Search the apps and forums, there's sure to be a fix. best of luck. BTW I have the moment for 5 days now and the wife has a Pixi. both are great, but the app market seals the deal for me.
