When i plug the phone into the pc, then go to My Computer, and I see 2 new "drives" there. (E) and (F) on my computer, yours may be different.

One of them is the sdcard, one is the actual phone.

Try to determine which of the 2 is your sdcard, and right click on the drive letter and go to "rename" change it to like "sdcard" or something so in future its easy to determine quickly.

Now left click on that drive to open it, so you see all the files. Dont go any further. This is the root of your sdcard.
