Tooting my own horn here, but my app WhereBlogger (
WhereBlogger - Blog where you are) supports Google's Blogger.com just fine. It is mostly designed for location-oriented blogging, but it also integrates with the Android OS in such a way that you can "share" notes from any text editor directly to a blog, as blog-posts.
Support for photos and videos and other types of attachments is in progress.
