Actually 1.6 is out on Rogers.. but if you install it you lose 'fastboot' and if you want to go up to 2.2 then you have to go back to 1.5 and then upgrade. I think Rogers has lost interest in Eve and they're looking forward to some new hardware although I'm not very impressed with their choices so far.
I'm thrilled you got your phone working again. I'm using the 2.2 dump (with fastboot) that was posted a while ago. For the most part it's working just fine for me. I'll probably test out the V6.3-rc7 build or whatever it ends up as in the near future though 'cause I just love to tinker!
