Your phones in boot loader you need to install the fastboot drivers. I did a write up on it somewhere. You can actually use my root method to install a custom recovery, rom and boot image. As a matter of fact it's in the video I made
please read before you post or mess up your phone. Cuz it leads to these kind of situations when you don't.
