Optimus V battery
My battery drained again last night. I checked some settings and noticed that "Background Data" was turned on, not sure why. I just downloaded Data Enabler Widget. Is it accurate to say that it doesn't matter whether "3g" appears in the Status Bar? Even if it's not there it could still be active? I'm also confused about "Where". When that's turned on I don't see anything new in the Status Bar, like GPS, 3g; so how is it draining power in the background? Does hitting the Back button or Home button turn "Where" off? I put the "Power" widget on the home screen and assume it actually turns the WiFi, Bluetooth and GPS on and off; but have to use the Data Enabler Widget (which I just added) to turn the Sync off.
