yeah I'm really suspecting a hardware isue, but I'd rathe rwork it out myself first, before caving and trusting verizon. They already have a report on our acount, and can have a replacement here in 3 days, but if its just a stupid application gone bad, I'd rather resolve that myself. I like to know why things act up, so I can avoid them in the future.
